___Have all agreed-upon repairs been completed?

___Is the home relatively clean and ready for new

 ___Are there signs of new damage? (water damage,gouges, stains, etc.)

 ___Do all light fi xtures work?
 ___Does every outlet have power?


 PLUMBING

 ___Test each faucet. (On/off? Water pressure? Hot/cold water?)
 ___Check under sinks for leaks
 ___Are any drains clogged?
